Casualty spoilers follow.
Next week on Casualty, Stevie has a revelation about her relationship with Marcus, while Rash realises he doesn't need to deal with Ashok alone, and Paul and Robyn get a blast from the past.
Here's a full collection of the nine biggest moments coming up on the soap:
1. Jonty threatens Stevie and Marcus
Marcus helps Stevie prepare for the Jac Naylor award and they share a kiss in the car park, unaware that Jonty is photographing them.
Jonty later threatens to expose the photo and their relationship, claiming Stevie's only gotten where she has in her career because she's sleeping with management.
Stevie reports this back to Marcus in a panic, but he assures her he'll sort it.
2. Stevie's secret is exposed
Marcus offers Jonty a job opportunity in exchange for his silence. Oblivious to this, Stevie is determined to prove herself at work, but her strange behaviour catches the attention of Faith.
Faith reprimands Stevie for the way she dismissed a patient, prompting Stevie to admit how nervous she is about Jonty exposing her and Marcus.
On Faith's advice, Stevie uses her assertiveness to shut Jonty down, but he retaliates by exposing her – despite the earlier deal he struck with Marcus.
3. Marcus and Jonty have an explosive fight
As Stevie reels from her secret being exposed, Marcus agrees to meet with Jonty again.
Jonty is drunk and a fight soon ensues between the two men outside the ED, which ends in disaster.
4. Stevie makes a big decision
When Jonty gets injured in the fight, Stevie springs to action and saves his life – proving to any doubters that she's where she is off her own merit.
Stevie later urges Jonty to call a truce given what she's done for him today, and ends her relationship with Marcus.
5. Rash is left devastated over Ashok
A consultant breaks the news to Rash that, most likely, Ashok has vascular dementia.
As Rash worries about how he's going to juggle his responsibilities, he vows to keep life as normal as possible for Ashok.
He's rattled when a family friend appears, having heard about Ashok's condition.
6. Dylan grows suspicious
At work, Rash's shift is interrupted by calls from Ashok, causing Dylan to grow suspicious.
Dylan is even more unimpressed when Paige has to ask him to look after one of Rash's patients, who, it turns out, has toxic shock syndrome.
Paige thinks Rash should tell Dylan what's going on, but he is adamant he can handle this on his own.
7. Rash struggles to cope
Rash's day goes from bad to worse when Ashok and Mona turn up at the ED. Mona explains that Ashok turned up at hers, forgetting that they're no longer together.
Rash leaves Ashok in Paul's hand, but is horrified to discover that his patient's condition has deteriorated because, in all his distraction, he failed to check her test results.
Paige finds Rash having a panic attack and promises to support him, but urges him to talk to Dylan first.
8. Robyn and Paul get a blast from the past
Paul and Robyn's relationship is going from strength to strength when Damien 'Damo' arrives in the ED and recognises them both from school.
Robyn seems impressed with Damo's lifestyle, unnerving Paul in the process.
Already feeling deflated, Paul's insecurities intensify when Damo questions what Robyn is doing with him.
9. Paul makes a worrying decision
With Damo's words ringing in his ears, Paul grows increasingly paranoid that he isn't good enough for Robyn.
Determined to change this, Paul agrees to do some work for Damo on the side.
Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday (January 14) on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer.
