Holby City's Rosie Marcel praises NHS after being rushed for surgery

She's now at home resting up.

Holby City favourite Rosie Marcel was rushed into hospital for emergency surgery this week.

The Jac Naylor star is now resting up at home, and thanked the NHS via Instagram with some warm words.

"Ended up at the old emergency room the other night," she wrote. "Stoke Mandeville is my new local ish hospital and they were brilliant. Ambulance crew were amazing too.

"Had surgery the next day and home soon after that."
