How things will end remains to be seen, but it's fair to say you should bring some tissues along.

As well as the current storyline events, the final episode will see a number of past Holby faces return, namely Mo Effanga (Chizzy Akudolu), Ric (Hugh Quarshie), Joseph (Luke Roberts), Jason (Jules Robertson), and Serena and Bernie (Catherine Russell and Jemma Redgrave).

Ahead of the finale, Digital Spy recently spoke to Fletch actor Alex, who praised the "wonderful" fan campaign attempt to save the show when the cancellation news was announced.
