Loose Women's Kaye Adams has only gone and got herself inked.
Known for co-presenting the ITV panel show on a rotational basis, as well as her blink-and-you'll-miss-it stint on last year's Strictly Come Dancing, Kaye documented her first-ever tattooing on Instagram yesterday (January 29).
"I'm going in..." she told the camera from her car before heading into Glasgow's Blackdot Tattoo Studio, where 'over twenty one' was inscribed on her left forearm.

Asked in the comment section what the message behind it was, the TV star explained: "It's what my mum would always say when asked her age x."
Celebrating the moment, Kaye's caption read: "I only went and did it! I teased I was going on the How To Be 60 podcast and I know most of you thought I wouldn't do it (to be fair so did I last night!) but I'm so glad I did.
"My mum will be up there rolling her eyes at [me] but I think deep down she'd be a little bit proud too!
"I'll be talking more about the whole experience in an upcoming podcast but for now I just wanted to say a massive thank you to @waywardwomantattoos at @blackdottattoo for being so kind and gentle with me. Kaye's pals and fans were loving this sweet tribute, as Unforgotten actress Mika Simmons responded: "OK inspired! Totally going to do the same".
Fellow TV face Trisha Goddard messaged her: "[laughing emoji] Love it! Is this for when you're buying wine??" while EastEnders star James Bye's wife Victoria, who is pregnant with the couple's fourth child, added: "Ok, just a little bit in love with you now - yes Kaye!"
"Well done Kaye... when it is personal like that [it's] so special," pointed out someone else.
