The Sims 4 has offered a substantial hint at content coming in early 2023.
In a roadmap video posted on the game's official Twitter account, we have confirmation that there will be one "BIG" update, one expansion pack, and two "unique" Kits.
The update is likely to be improved babies, which was announced to be coming last October. The roadmap featured an image of a nappy, all but confirming this.
While the teaser didn't confirm what the expansion or Kits would be exactly, some clues were dropped.

The roadmap tagline is "It's all relative!", hinting at family content. As a result, many Simmers have been wondering if the expansion will be reminiscent of The Sims 3: Generations.
It's worth bearing in mind that last year we got High School Years, which expanded on teen life including school and new locations to hang out with friends.
So maybe older Sims will now get their moment to shine?
Interestingly, the "expansion pack" text was accompanied by a drawing of a bear with a crown over its head:
The meaning is unclear, but Simmers have been speculating that it could involve new animals or royals.
Meanwhile, images of underwear and a tube of toothpaste holding a toothbrush were displayed alongside news of the two Kits:

The drawing of the toothpaste and toothbrush perhaps suggests that one of the two new Kits will be bathroom-themed, though there have been a lot of dentistry-related guesses as well.
Back in October, the team did tease that dentures were coming. Could that be connected?
The underwear image in the roadmap is a little harder to decipher. It might be a CAS Kit or something that's thematically tied to the bedroom.
The roadmap also revealed that a community stream will take place on January 31.

Despite a sequel being in development, support for the game looks set to continue throughout this year. We were previously told to expect two expansions in 2023.
The Pastel Pop and Everyday Clutter Kits are the most recent paid content.
2022 turned out to be a successful year for the popular life-simulation title, with a total of 1.4 billion hours being played across all players.
The Sims 4 is available on PC, Mac, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
