Fast & Furious' franchise will hit cinemas soon, with a date set for May 19 this year.
And, with a trailer for Fast X due to be released tomorrow (February 10), it looks like the wheels are well and truly in motion, if you'll pardon the pun.
We might even see a new character in the trailer, played by Marvel star Brie Larson. While we don't know too much about her character yet, a first look suggests that she'll be just as badass as you'd expect.

At this point, we know that Larson will be playing a character called Tess, but we don't yet have a picture of her background, motivations, or loyalties.
In the first look, however, we can see that she looks pretty comfortable in a bar, armed with a leather jacket and a pretty hefty firearm, though we just don't know what side she's shooting for.
Another new Marvel face will come in the form of Jason Momoa, who'll play Dante. And Dante definitely won't be on Dom Toretto's side.
The villain side will be bolstered by the return of Charlize Theron's Cypher, with director Leterrier saying of the morally questionable duo (via Empire): "They are bad news, but one is more afraid than the other. One is worse news than the other."

The director also gave an insight into what we can expect from the action-packed plot, and it seems like it'll be a case of family vs foe... with very high stakes.
Leterrier explained: "When you have fought so hard to keep your faith and protect your family, and literally change the world, which is the case of Dom Toretto, there is a price to pay. His enemies are coming after him. There's a total sum of enemies that are coming after him."
So, will Larson's Tess be an ally to Toretto, or will she be one of the enemies trying to take him down once and for all?
Fast X is out in cinemas on May 19.
