EastEnders' Whitney Dean will receive some worrying news over her pregnancy next week.
Whitney is pregnant with Zack Hudson's baby following their brief fling last year.
Whitney and Zack had initially agreed to raise the baby together, but recent scenes have seen him decide to remove himself from her life after learning that he's HIV positive.
Still keen to support Whitney from the sidelines, Zack will purchase a brand new buggy, and ask for Kat's help in ensuring Whitney doesn't find out he bought it.
Whitney's week then takes an unsettling turn when she experiences some spotting.
Kat offers to go with Whitney to get checked out at the hospital, where she has a scan.

Afterwards, the doctor tells Whitney that her ultrasound has flagged up a situation with the baby.
As Whitney reels from the news afterwards, she is left further frustrated when Zack doesn't return her calls.
She’s surprised when Kat suggests that she shouldn't write Zack off completely, explaining how he bought the buggy and clearly does still care.

Kat later corners Zack in the market and warns him to step up for Whitney.
Zack heads straight over to Whitney's, where he profusely apologises for everything.
As they talk, Whitney tells Zack the news about the baby, but will he use the opportunity to be honest with her as well?

Also ahead next week, Zack will confide in Sam about his diagnosis, explaining how he's terrified about the stigma surrounding HIV.
Despite wanting to be supportive, Sam is furious when Zack reveals he's not picked up his medication and urges him to tell Whitney what is going on.
