Fear The Walking Dead's season seven finale spoilers follow.
The latest season finale of Fear The Walking Dead has surprised fans with an unexpected comeback.
After being left for dead in season four, Kim Dickens' character Madison Clark was revealed to be very much alive in June 6's episode, 'Gone'.
While Alicia's (Alycia Debnam-Carey) mum may be back, she's not quite the woman viewers remember, as Dickens explained.

"I felt like the way they were writing Madison when I just got the script, it was just right in line. It just felt like her and I loved the idea they had — how she was sort of stripped of her identity and was no longer a leader and was sort of being controlled," she told Entertainment Weekly.
Fans have learnt that Madison was working for Padre, stealing children after birth to cut ties between parents and their kids. While she initially took part in this to find her own children, she was then too ashamed to face them.
In the season finale, Madison had a change of heart after stealing Morgan's (Lennie James) baby. She finally decided to help him reclaim Mo, accompanying him to Padre.

"I thought that was fascinating and a nice challenge to play — to keep the layers in there of the old Madison that we knew, the glimmers," Dickens said.
"It was challenging to play, and it didn't really surprise me because she always kind of had a wobbly compass, but also her decisions were ultimately based on protecting her children and her family. It was still Madison to me, albeit completely different. It was exciting to have the challenge."
Fear the Walking Dead season 7B airs on Sundays on AMC in the US. In the UK, episodes premiere simultaneously with the US broadcast on Mondays at 2am on AMC, exclusively to BT TV customers, with a repeat on Mondays at 9pm.
