Marvel has revealed more details about William Jackson Harper’s role in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
The Good Place actor will join the MCU in the third instalment in Scott Lang’s journey as a character called Quaz, who some fans believe could be Quasar from the comics.
The updated cast details landed alongside two new posters and a final trailer for the movie that was released during the NCAA’s College Football Playoff National Championships.
Quasar aka Wendell Vaughn is a humanistic hero who can wield impressive cosmic power, but he chooses to show compassion to others and use his abilities for good.
It’s unclear whether Harper will take on this iconic figure or if Quaz will be a new character entirely.
Alongside Harper, Marvel has also revealed other new faces to the MCU being introduced in the upcoming movie such as Katy O'Brian as Jentorra and Bill Murray as Lord Krylar.
Meanwhile, David Dastmalchian will return as a different character to the previous two movies, when he starred as Scott's associate Kurt. His new character is named Veb.
The third Ant-Man movie will see Scott Lang will team up with his super-partner Hope aka the Wasp again, after his daughter Cassie accidentally flings the entire family into the Microverse.

Hope’s parents Hank and Janet are also trapped, so the family have to venture through the unchartered territory to try and figure out a way to get back home.
During their travels, they encounter the MCU’s biggest threat since Thanos – Kang the Conqueror, who previously appeared in Disney+ series Loki.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will kick-start the fifth phase of the franchise and is likely to have repercussions through the rest of the Multiverse saga including 2025’s Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will be released in cinemas on February 17.
