Frozen's 'Let It Go' seemed for a long time like it was going to be the biggest Disney song of all time, but now we think it's safe to say that 'We Don't Talk About Bruno' from Encanto has potentially taken that spot, and looks like it won't be moving any time.
The Official UK Charts Company confirmed earlier this month that the song is the biggest song of the year so far, nabbing well over 84 million streams and over half a million combined sales (a combination of actual sales and 'sales' that are granted are a certain amount of paid and/or free streams).
It's not a surprise, seeing as how 'We Don't Talk About Bruno' was the first Disney song to top the UK Singles Chart and it remained there for a whopping seven consecutive weeks.

As a comparison, 'Let It Go' only made it to number 11 in the UK Singles Chart and that song was everywhere – plus it had a pop radio version by Demi Lovato (even if the original version eclipsed it in popularity).
Meanwhile, the Encanto soundtrack has also been named the biggest compilation album of the year in the UK so far, with well over 150,000 sales.
The success of 'We Don't Talk About Bruno' has clearly taken everyone by surprise, something that Lin-Manuel Miranda himself has admitted, which is why Disney actually submitted a different song for Oscars consideration.

The House of Mouse previously revealed that households have, on average, watched Encanto five times, which we're sure has only gone up after they released the sing-along version in March. Disney has promised to release more sing-along versions of its films this year and beyond, too.
Encanto is streaming on Disney+ and is also available to buy on DVD, Blu-ray and digital download.
