The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco has shared a sweet glimpse of her 37th birthday celebrations.
The actress announced in October that she was expecting her first child, a baby girl, with partner Tom Pelphrey, making her birthday extra special this year.
Sharing on Instagram a photo of her birthday balloons and flowers, Cuoco wrote: "This birthday week has been so special. So many friends and family to thank and acknowledge the outpouring of texts, posts, prezzies and overall making me feel incredibly loved."
Cuoco called Pelphrey her "forever bud," thanking him for "being a true partner". She added, "I feel super blessed and at moments undeserving. My [heart] is full."

Announcing her pregnancy in October, Cuoco posted to Instagram a series of photos, which included a polaroid of herself holding three pregnancy tests and smiling next to Pelphrey. She wrote in the caption: "Baby girl Pelphrey coming 2023 beyond blessed and over the moon… I [heart] you @tommypelphrey !!!"
Last month, the actress gave her 7.5 million Instagram followers a look at her bump, sharing a mirror selfie to mark the halfway point in her pregnancy.
Meanwhile, back in August, Cuoco teased that a third season of The Flight Attendant may materialise at some point. This came after Cuoco previously suggested that the comedy-mystery-thriller series, in which she stars as the titular flight attendant Cassie Bowden, would end after season 2.
"You'd think after 30 years in this business, I'd [have] learned how to talk in interviews. But no, I still run my mouth," she said.
"Look, I've learned in my life never say never — that's my biggest advice. So I'm definitely open to [season 3].
"I was at a dinner a couple of weeks ago sitting next to [executive producer] Greg Berlanti, and there were a lot of people there so it was really hard to talk, but I whispered to him, and I'm like, 'Third season?' And he just nodded at me."
Cuoco added, "I was like, 'Wow.' He didn't even say anything. He nodded. Yup!
"I hadn't thought about it in awhile. I think season 2 was so heavy for me, that was a big part of it. [It would] depend on what [season 3] would look like."
The Big Bang Theory aired on CBS in the US. You can buy the complete boxset now on DVD and Blu-ray.
