James Bond fans are reacting following the news that Aaron Taylor-Johnson has reportedly met with producers and is a frontrunner to become the next 007.
Reports emerged this week claiming that Aaron met with producer Barbara Broccoli, to discuss succeeding Daniel Craig as the iconic spy.
According to Puck News, the meeting went "very well". Prior to Christmas, it was widely rumoured that Taylor-Johnson had filmed a screen test at Pinewood Studios in private. At time of writing, there has been no official comment on the speculation.

Following the latest rumours, fans have taken to social media to share their opinions on the potential casting.
"100% on the Aaron Taylor-Johnson as James Bond train. He's the right fit," said one Bond fan.
Another suggested that Taylor-Johnson has already proved his action credibility, tweeting: "I didn't know Aaron Taylor Johnson was British. For a moment I was shocked by reports he is being considered for the role of James Bond. But I then realised his work in Tenet felt like an audition for the Bond franchise."
A third added: "After seeing Bullet Train, I need Aaron Taylor-Johnson to play James Bond. Bro was beautiful."
However, others don't feel as if Taylor-Johnson is the right fit to play the spy.
One fan responded: "The entire world wants Idris Elba, or Regé-Jean Page if Idris is too old, why would they ever go with Aaron Taylor-Johnson if they want anybody to go see new Bond movies?"
Meanwhile, Taylor-Johnson isn't the only actor reported as a frontrunner to play Bond. It's also been rumoured that Lucien Laviscount has caught the attention of producers, too, following his rise to international fame via his role in Emily In Paris.

Bond co-producer Michael G Wilson recently said that the plan is to cast an actor in their thirties in the role, noting: "Remember, Bond's already a veteran, he's had some experience – he's a person who has been through the wars, so to speak.
"He's probably been in the SAS or something. He isn't some kid out of high school that you can bring in and start off."
Meanwhile, stars including David Tennant, Sam Heughan and Sam Worthington have all recently reflected on being in contention to play Bond when Craig was cast. Heughan and Worthington both auditioned for the role at the time.
Tennant revealed that he recently learned via a director that he had apparently been considered, but noted that he thought it "was quite a long list and I don't think I was ever very near the top of it".
