We all have our favourite superheroes, but have you ever wondered which one is technically the best?
A new scientific study has been conducted by students at the University of Leicester to estimate which character is the hardest – and the result might surprise you.
The study took a total of seven years to complete, and it "used scientific principles to examine the feasibility of the powers behind renowned comic book superheroes".
The findings stated that Superman is likely to be the best-equipped superhero with a high number of capabilities.
Wolverine, Thor and Mystique are also amongst the strongest heroes, but it was Black Bolt who was named as the most destructive of them all, due to his ability to destroy entire planets.
And the weakest? Batman, who would apparently struggle to even survive a landing after gliding.
The jury is still out on the best superhero, but one thing's for sure - students in Leicester have WAY too much time on their hands...
