Strictly Come Dancing pro Amy Dowden is officially a Guinness World Record holder.
Her triumph occurred during yesterday's (December 9) edition of spin-off show It Takes Two while taking on the latest pro challenge - designed by Charleston expert Jenny Thomas - alongside 17 fellow Strictly dancers.
Adjudicated by the organisation's Joanne Brent, Dowden produced a staggering 19 Back Charleston Kick Steps in just 30 seconds.

Dianne Buswell, Lauren Oakley and Jowita Przystal made it an especially close battle, finishing with 18 each, while both Luba Mushtuk and Carlos Gu came joint-third with 17.
"I can't believe it!" said Dowden of her win. "This is for Wales, the first-ever Welsh professional to win a pro challenge!"
In the flagship series, however, she's been less successful, crashing out of this year's competition with partner James Bye around Halloween.

"You came on here to show your boys they can throw themselves into any challenge in life, and you are the best role model they could ever have as their daddy!" she praised the EastEnders actor in the aftermath.
"I am so proud of you!"
Bye himself went on to tell co-presenter Tess Daly: "I've said this from the very beginning, all I can do is go out there and do my very best.
"I've had the best time on this show and I have a friend for life [in Amy], all I can do is thank the family, and I have a new family now."
For one week only, Strictly Come Dancing airs on Sunday (December 11) at 7.15pm on BBC One, with a results show on Monday (December 12). Spin-off show Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows also stream on BBC iPlayer.
