Married at First Sight Australia star Olivia Frazer has revealed a dramatic hair transformation – and a challenge to herself for the year ahead.
The reality star, who appeared on the show in 2021, has showed off a fresh new brunette bob on social media, after she had her long blonde hair cut and dyed back to her natural hair colour.
Olivia documented the process for her followers, as she revealed the reasons behind the change in a TikTok video.
"You all know me as a blonde. This is dyed and I get very torn between wanting long healthy natural hair and knowing I look better as a blonde," she said.

"Every few years I'll dye my hair my natural colour and love it and my hair will be so healthy and love me for it, and then I'll go back blonde and damage my hair all over again."
However, Olivia added she's determined to make a change and stick with her new look throughout the year.
"This year I set myself a little challenge," she explained. "I am going to dye my hair my natural colour with my hairdresser – I'm not going to do it myself – and cut it as a blunt cut as much as needs to come off so it's all healthy hair...
"I'm not going to go back blonde, and I'm not going to dye it until December.

After a trip to the salon, Olivia was left thrilled with the results.
"I love it, I feel super chic, it feels super healthy, it's so light, I haven't had hair this short in years!" she added. "Starting 2023 healthy from head to toe."
It was recently reported that Olivia split up with her boyfriend, filmmaker Will Mitchell, a couple of months after it was first reported that they were dating.
