After a dramatic eight years, the iconic Lisa Rinna is leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Of course, being on the show didn't just place Lisa in the spotlight; her family got swept along, too.

Now, her husband Harry Hamlin has spoken about her decision to step back from RHOBH, and it sounds like he's super supportive of both her involvement in the show and her choice to leave.

Speaking to PEOPLE, Harry said her move away from the reality franchise was the "correct decision, the right decision to make at this point after eight years. I think she took it as far as she could take it, and she elevated the show.

"Now it's time to move on. Eight years is a long time to do anything, the same thing over and over again. It's time to move along."

Harry also noted that this would definitely not be the end of the couple on screen, with both being established actors and having a packed schedule for the immediate future: "We're both very busy. I've got [80 for Brady] and Mayfair Witches coming out, and then she's already talking to studios about getting going on something else, so I think we're going to be really busy over the next few months."

In all of Lisa's Instagram content it seems like Harry is super supportive of her career and personality, and from his comments on her actions on the show, it's clear that he has nothing but respect for Lisa's boldness and honesty.

He explained "She does her job. Her job is to show up on time, interact with the people on the show in an honest and authentic way.

"Her hot button issue, I suppose, is injustice or when somebody else is not behaving honestly, she'll call it out. And that gets into a lot of trouble. But it also helps the show."

He made sure to praise this openness, confirming "I've known her for 30 years… She has never once, in all of that time, uttered an untruth [or] something that wasn't absolutely and honestly true."

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to begin filming season 13 within the next few weeks.
