Love Island narrator Iain Stirling has addressed wife Laura Whitmore's career change following her departure from the reality series.
Laura stepped away as host of the ITV2 reality series last summer, and has since branched into acting by appearing in West End play 2:22 A Ghost Story. She also recently landed an acting role in Iain's show Buffering.
Speaking about watching his wife acting, Iain told OK!: "It’s quite cool watching your wife be really good at her thing. It’s sexy – watching her being really brilliant at a skill.”
He added: “I just love seeing her do it.”

Laura appeared in 2:22 A Ghost Story late last year in the last iteration of its ever-revolving cast, with the newest version starring Cheryl and Jake Wood. The latter was part of the original cast and has recently stepped in after star Hugo Chegwin fell ill.
Following her departure from Love Island, it was confirmed that Maya Jama would be replacing Laura as host of the show.

Speaking last month, Laura opened up about the one aspect of the show that she disliked, admitting she found it hard to not be able to support contestants.
"There was only so much I can do as a host," she told Psychologies magazine. "I couldn’t support [the contestants] or not support them. I couldn’t say anything.
"So you kind of have to go quiet, and that was hard for me because I like to be able to have those conversations. If I could [have done] things the way I wanted to, I’d probably still be doing it."
