"I was getting my wisdom teeth, so they put me on really strong U.S. painkillers," they said (via Entertainment Weekly). "I was so out of it that I thought I was being attacked by bees. They had to send me home because, every take, I was swatting bees away."
The star, who won Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice awards for their performance in The Crown, will play Darby Hart in Retreat, with the character being described as a "Gen Z amateur sleuther".
The limited series sees Darby "attempt to solve a murder that takes place at a retreat in a remote location when she and 11 other guests are invited by a billionaire to participate". The cast also includes Clive Owen, Harris Dickinson and series creator Brit Marling, with Marling writing the show alongside her OA co-creator Zal Batmanglij.

Corrin starred opposite Jack O’Connell in Lady Chatterley’s Lover, and the pair recently spoke about a revealing scene in which they stripped down for the period piece: "We chose not to choreograph it because we wanted that spontaneity," Corrin told the Radio Times.
"I'm glad we didn't, but it also did mean that it was completely up to us in the moment of what we did, and we just had to sort of dive in," they continued, with O’Connell adding: "I was having kittens about that. I didn't know how it was going to unfold. But I think we got to a place that was freeing and liberating but still made sense as well."
Retreat currently has no premiere date. The Crown seasons 1-5 and Lady Chatterley’s Lover are available to stream on Netflix.
