Drag Race star says there’s "no stopping" Frock Destroyers amid new music plans

"The train isn't pulling into the station just yet..."

RuPaul’s Drag Race UK stars Baga Chipz, Blu Hydrangea and Divina de Campo are reuniting with new music for the festive season, but it seems they have even bigger plans for the future.

Joining forces once more as their hit drag queen girl group Frock Destroyers, the trio chatted exclusively to Digital Spy about their new Christmas single, titled 'Naughty List'.

"This one’s very, very festive," Baga said when describing the new track. "It’s very Christmassy."

And, in even more good news, the trio of queens confirmed the music won't stop there as they have plans for plenty more.

"There’s no stopping!" Divina declared. "The train isn’t pulling into the station just yet. We want to keep going and keep making and pushing."

The group expressed hopes to release another record following on from their debut album Frock4Life, which the dropped in December 2021.

"I’ll do it forever," Baga chimed in. "We’re going to be like three Vera Lynns when we’re older. "We’re going to be like the Golden Girls singing about zimmer frames. We’re going to be pole dancing on our zimmer frames!"

Blu agreed, noting: "For sure, any opportunity to work with these two, I’ll never turn it down."

'Naughty List' sees Frock Destroyers once again team up with American singer-songwriter Leland, who wrote their 2019 hit 'Break Up Bye Bye'.

"He's always so open to ideas, and adapting things, and shifting and different ideas," Divina remarked, detailing what it’s like to work with Leland. "Then he kind of goes away with them and then comes back with some Frock Destroyer magic for us."

"Plus, he's just such a lovely person," Blu added. "He knows exactly how to get the best out of us."

'Naughty List' by Frock Destroyers is set to be released on November 25 via World Of Wonder Records. For fans wanting to meet Baga Chipz and Blu Hydrangea in person, tickets are now available for RuPaul’s DragCon UK 2023, taking place at ExCel Convention Centre from January 8 - 6 2023.

RuPaul's Drag Race UK airs on BBC Three in the UK and streams on WOW Presents Plus in the US.
