"I’m so grateful to spend every day of my life with you. We love you @glouiseatkinson. PS: sorry for last pic. #birthdaygirl #happybirthday."
The couple have been together since Gemma appeared as a contestant on Strictly in 2017, and confirmed their engagement last year.
Over the summer, the former Hollyoaks star spoke about their plans for the wedding, admitting they don't want it to be too big.

"I'm the most chilled bride I think because as long as it's just close family and friends, there really we wouldn't want anything big," she told Hello.
"We know we don't want a massive glitzy occasion, just something nice, with the people there who we want there and chilled really."
She further revealed: "I don't want us to be stressed and all anxious leading up to it. It's just, at the end of the day, it's another day. It's a lovely day but it's not the main focus, if that makes sense?"
Strictly Come Dancing airs on Saturdays and Sundays on BBC One, while spin-off show Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows also stream on BBC iPlayer.
