Strictly Come Dancing star Will Mellor is worried he'll suffer a horrifying knee injury live on air.
Mellor, who has a history of knee trouble dating back more than ten years, is deep in training for this weekend's launch with the show's professional dance team.
In a recent chat with Digital Spy and other media, Mellor admitted he does think there's a chance one of his live telly dance routines could go dangerously wrong.
"I don't want to get injured," he told us. "I've got bad knees and football injuries, operations and stuff. I'm having to ice them every night and stuff. So it's just, if they pop out in the middle of a dance routine live on telly, there's not much I can do because I will just hit the floor, and they do.

"They've popped out while I've been walking down the stairs before now. I can pop it back in, but at that moment, I have no strength in the leg. It's just from football injuries and operations so as long as that stays alright, then whatever will be will be.
"If I get voted out, I'll get voted out but I just want to make it through the journey. I don't want to go out with injury, that'd kill me because I feel like I've not had the experience."

Mellor isn't taking on an easy schedule, as he's also recently returned to filming Coronation Street as evil drug boss Harvey in addition to rehearsing for Strictly Come Dancing.
Strictly Come Dancing returns on Friday, September 23 on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
