Sex Education star Ncuti Gatwa's future on the show has been revealed.
After Gatwa was confirmed to be taking over the role of the Doctor from Jodie Whittaker, fans of the series were wondering if he would be appearing in season 4 – especially after several other stars confirmed their departure from the Netflix show.
However, fans can now be reassured as Variety has confirmed Gatwa will be returning as Eric Effiong.

Gatwa was revealed as the 14th incarnation of the famous Time Lord when Whittaker departs from the series later this year.
After the news of his casting was revealed, the actor shared his excitement for the role. "There aren't quite the words to describe how I'm feeling," he said.
"This role and show means so much to so many around the world, including myself, and each one of my incredibly talented predecessors has handled that unique responsibility and privilege with the utmost care. I will endeavour my upmost to do the same."
His tenure as the Doctor will coincide with the return of Russell T Davies to the show. Davies had previously served as showrunner between 2005 and 2010 before being replaced by Steven Moffat and later Chris Chibnall.
