Black Lightning actress Charlbi Dean is aboard a doomed, exquisite yacht in the first trailer for Triangle of Sadness.
Directed by the award-winning Ruben Östlund (The Square), this one premiered at the Cannes Film Festival back in May and managed to inspire numerous crowd walkouts due to its graphic and unabashed depiction of defecation and vomiting.
Judging by the 2 minutes and 39 seconds on display, though, it looks like an absolute riot.

Dean plays influencer Yaya, wife to Harris Dickinson's (Where the Crawdads Sing) model Carl, who wins a free trip on Captain Thomas Smith's (Woody Harrelson) luxurious ship.
As you can see, its corridors and tables are populated by the snobbish elite, but who'll come out on top when they're all marooned on an island together?
When it first screened to audiences, Triangle of Sadness was met with headlines including "The most disgusting film of 2022?" (via BBC).
Their review itself gave an indication of what those critics who had seen the movie at the Cannes Films Festival had experienced, including the 15-minute long aforementioned graphic scenes.

"Be warned. Triangle of Sadness rants and smirks at the state of the world over two-and-a-half hours, which is quite some running time for a satirical comedy. But it is never boring.
"Partly that's because the political commentary is so shrewd, and partly it's because it has a surprising amount of warmth and nuance, too. Östlund ensures that while the situations may be absurd, the people in them are as human as any of us."
Triangle of Sadness comes to UK cinemas on October 28.
