Will Ospreay is one of the most talked about wrestlers on the planet right now, thanks to his match earlier this month against Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom.

While Ospreay's name is well-known, it was made outside of WWE or AEW and he's still yet to ever sign with a North American promotion. However with his NJPW contract nearly up, many are wondering if he'll take the leap and sign to WWE or AEW.

Speaking exclusively to Digital Spy, WWE's Ricochet, who has an extensive history with Ospreay all over the world, weighed in on what he thinks Ospreay's prospects would be in WWE.

"I think Will would fit in anywhere he wanted to go. I don't think it matters what company," he said. "I think it just matters where he would like to go and I think he'll fit in anywhere he chooses.

"He's so good and I think he's obviously shown that he can have the small guy, quick matches and have the David and Goliath so-called matches.

"He's just one of those guys that, anywhere he goes, he's just always kind of fit in and taken over," he added. "So the sky's the future for him and wherever he decides to go, I know he's going to take it over."

Speaking on Renee Paquette's The Sessions earlier this month, Ospreay said: "I only dipped my toes into America. I've never really stretched out there.

"I've had one foot in the door and everything else been out. So there is that part of me that is… maybe it is time to change things up, maybe it's time for me to see what is on the other side?"
