AEW's Chris Jericho made a surprise appearance at night two of Pro Wrestling Guerrilla's Battle of Los Angeles on Sunday evening (January 8).

Night two of the annual event, which was held at the Globe Theatre in Los Angeles, saw Mike Bailey crowned the winner of the Battle of Los Angeles tournament after he defeated Konosuke Takeshita.

Before the final match took place, Jericho appeared alongside the other members of the Jericho Appreciation Society (Sammy Guevara, Tay Melo, Matt Menard, Angelo Parker, Jake Hager, Anna Jay and Daniel Garcia).

Jericho, Guevara, Menard, Garcia and Parker then took on Jonathan Gresham, Evil Uno, Michael Oku, SB Kento and Kevin Blackwood in a tag match, which was won by the JAS.

The night before, JAS member Garcia had retained his PWG Championship following a DQ loss to Titus Alexander.

Speaking after the match Jericho described PWG as "the modern day ECW". Jericho wrestled for ECW back in 1996, before joining WCW.
