Love Island 2023 reveals double dumping results

Not one, but two.

Tonight’s (February 10) episode of Love Island ended with quite a bang as not one but two Islanders were kicked out of the villa in an epic double dumping.

Towards the end of the episode, the Islanders received a text to gather around the firepit as the couple with the least amount of votes from the public would get dumped from the villa immediately.

It all boiled down to three couples — Samie and Tom, Olivia and Kai, and Ellie and Jordan — as the three couples stood in front of the Islanders as one of them delivered the big news.

And in the end, it was time for Ellie and Jordan to say goodbye as they were both booted out of the villa.

As they were leaving the villa, Jordan said: “All good things must come to an end, I’m excited to see what is out there for me.”

“I take everything as it comes. I was shocked momentarily as I was hoping I could have stayed longer to find a romantic connection rather than a platonic one. But I’m still happy, everything happens for a reason as I say,” he added.

Meanwhile Ellie spoke about how both her and Jordan had come into the villa looking for love — a husband and a wife respectively — and while they did not get that, they found a wonderful friendship instead. And she too, is excited to find the right guy for her in the future.

“It’s bittersweet, I was just about to get going again in there, I feel like I had so much more to give and was ready to find my man. I had the most amazing experience, but I wasn’t ready to leave!” she said.

The other Islanders said their goodbyes, with the girls lamenting over the fact that Ellie hadn’t even had the chance to wear all the clothes she had brought with her because of her short stay.

But the Islanders won’t have a lot of time to process the double dumping, because in the next episode, we are finally going into Casa Amor. What will happen then? Only one way to find out.
