Gogglebox fans have been praising Tom Malone for donating blood.
The TV personality was seen with the NHS in a photo taken by wife Julie on their family Instagram account, with a caption reading: "Tom giving platelets and plasma today!"
Fans thanked him for doing so in the comments, with some people talking about how blood donations have literally saved their lives, while others shared their own stories about how they've given blood over the years.
Recently, the Malones' Instagram account has featured pictures of the family enjoying various Christmas and New Year's celebrations, as well as a load of wholesome dog content, of course.
Just a few weeks ago, Gogglebox favourites Mica Ven and Marcus Luther announced that they were quitting the show.
"We've had so much fun with you all tuning in at home and the hardworking Gogglebox crews, but it's time to put down the remote and see what else God has in store for us," they said in a joint Instagram post.
"To everyone that has tuned in & sent us messages of love and encouragement over the years, we appreciate every last one of you. Thank you so much... To the amazing cast, you'll forever be our G'box brothers & sisters 4life.
"And lastly, To all our Yardie friends & family that always big us up to whoever will listen, when you're chatting about our departure, the program's called GOGGLEBOX not GOOOOOGLEbox, it's not a dam search engine."
Meanwhile, the Gogglebox family is expanding as Ellie Warner and Pete Sandiford have announced that they are both expecting babies with their respective partners.
Elsewhere, former sofa stars Joe and George Baggs made the jump to radio presenting as part of a special BBC Radio 1 takeover on Christmas Day.
Gogglebox airs on Channel 4.
