Love Island 2022 star Jack Keating has revealed that his famous dad, Boyzone singer and The One Show co-host Ronan Keating, gave him one strict rule before entering the famous villa.

Speaking to Daily Star, Jack admitted that Ronan and his step-mum Storm Keating had specifically asked him to, erm, not have sex on TV.

"Both of them were like 'Whatever you do, do not have sex on TV, I don't care what you say or what you stories you tell, but do not have sex on TV.'" he admitted. "I definitely listened my dad and step-mum Storm, and my mum [Yvonne Connolly] gave me so much advice before going in there, it was great and I took it all into account," Jack added.

Well, it was some sound advice, tbf.

Jack also opened up about how the ITV2 dating show has changed over the years, admitting he preferred how intimate connections were portrayed during earlier seasons of the show.

"I like the old seasons to be fair when you were seeing everything, as I think producers are a lot more involved with what goes on now," he said. "But I'm all up for it going back to how it was back in the day."

Jack, of course, appeared as a Casa Amor bombshell during last year's series of the reality dating show but failed to make it into the villa.

While he didn't have much luck romantically, Jack did bond with fellow contestant Gemma Owen over their famous dads. He also claimed that the pair were asked to re-film the conversation multiple times for producers in order to get enough content.

During his appearance on the series, Ronan shared his feelings on his son's realty TV ambitions, revealing he was "worried" about how his son would cope with being on Love Island.

"He's me boy, and I just want to protect him and look after him," the singer and presenter said on The One Show.
