Love Island resurrected the iconic heart rate challenge during tonight's (February 7) episode.
Shaq Muhammad was the one to receive the fateful text message, before this winter's crop of lads geared themselves up for a spicy dance session in front of the girls — who were strapped up with heart-rate monitors to measure which guy got their blood flowing the quickest.
Donning an airport security officer's uniform, Shaq was first up.
"Which one of you girls needs a pat-down?" he said with a cheeky smile.

This set the stage for Casey O'Gorman, fresh off being friend-zoned by Lana Jenkins, who recently returned to Ron Hall's arms. Casey chose a lumberjack outfit, while a soldiered-up Kai Fagan busted a few impressive moves, too.
Ron followed this up as a pulse-pounding builder, and the allegiance-shifting Tom Clare stirred things up as a winged dark angel.
"Hopefully I got the girls' hearts pumping — my heart's still pumping!" Tom admitted in the Beach Hut.
"Hopefully they had a good time, because I certainly did!"
Meanwhile, American-footballer-styled Jordan Odofin treated Tanyel Revan to a dance.
"Jordan has got rhythm. I loved his little hips moving!" Tanyel later said.
Will Young, who'd just enjoyed a frolic-filled night in the Hideaway with Jessie Wynter, walked out as a pirate. He received rave reactions, including: "Oh Will, Will, Will! No one will ever do it like him! He just goes above and beyond!"

Energised by the boys, the girls then strutted their stuff.
Olivia Hawkins walked out as a latex-clad ring girl, while Lana dressed up as a giant present, catching Ron's eye. "She walked out and it was like from a cartoon where your eyes just burst out of your face," Ron beamed.
A devilish Samie Elishi, sexy cat Ellie Spence, and French maid Tanya Manhenga raised some heart rates before bunny Tanyel and pink cowgirl Jessie wrapped up the challenge in sensational fashion.
