Sex Education is seemingly saying goodbye to Ncuti Gatwa's Eric Effiong.
Now filming its fourth season for Netflix, the teen comedy has experienced a cast shake-up, with popular characters like Simone Ashley's Olivia Hanan, Tanya Reynolds' Lily Iglehart, Patricia Allison's Ola Nyman and Rakhee Thakrar's teacher Emily Sands all dropping out due to commitments to other projects.

Doctor Who star Gatwa posted a picture of his trailer door on Instagram, captioning it: "Last day. Last time. Bye bubs, thank you for all the lessons and for all the strength."
His co-star Aimee Lou Wood, who plays Aimee Gibbs on the show, was among those commenting, writing: "My heart hurts badly."
It's a bittersweet departure for Gatwa, as he now heads into the biggest job of his career to date: playing the iconic Doctor alongside former Coronation Street star Millie Gibson as Ruby Sunday.
Filming has already started, with Gatwa sharing some behind-the-scenes pictures from the set just before Christmas.
Both actors have also been seen on set in Cardiff recently, with photos on social media suggesting that location filming has also been taking place in Pembrokeshire.

Returning to Sex Education season four, Asa Butterfield shared a few hints about what viewers can expect from the new episodes.
"I'm not sure how much I'm allowed to tease, but we're in the new school, new locations, and things have changed up a bit. And we've got some new characters."
Butterfield, who plays Otis Milburn, added: "The show's definitely sort of evolved somewhat, but it's still got the core team involved and it's been fun.
"I mean, we all know each other so well at this point, so it's a great time and it's a laugh."
Sex Education seasons 1-3 are streaming on Netflix. Season 4 is in production.
