RuPaul's Drag Race season 15 spoilers follow.
RuPaul's Drag Race has announced its extra special guest judge for the season 15 premiere.
The US version of the drag competition has become known for attracting massive popstars to join the judging panel for its season openers, including Lady Gaga, Christina Aguilera, Miley Cyrus and Lizzo.
This year's guest will be none other than pop princess Ariana Grande, making her return to the panel after previous sitting in with RuPaul, Michelle Visage and Ross Mathews all the way back in season 7.
In a promo showing Grande on the Drag Race runway, she says: "Season 15 is here and so am I!"
Ariana's music has been frequently used for lip syncs on the show throughout the years, including the infamous moment where Valentina asked to keep her mask on because she didn't know the words to 'Greedy'.
It's been a huge week for Drag Race US fans, as the premiere was confirmed for Friday, January 6 on its new channel MTV in the States and soon after on WOW Presents Plus in the UK.
The full cast has also been revealed in a YouTube video hosted by season 14 winner Willow Pill, where the show made history by casting a pair of twins who'll compete against each for the first time.
Ru has said of the landmark 15th season: "When I hear season 15 of RuPaul's Drag Race, I have to pinch myself – I just won't tell you where.
"We never take for granted the opportunity we've been given to showcase drag excellence and tell authentic queer stories. Thank you to the fans, World of Wonder, VH1, our cast and crew, and most of all, our brave and beautiful queens."
RuPaul's Drag Race US airs on MTV in the US and WOW Presents Plus in the UK.
