Edebiri received critical acclaim for her role as Sydney Adamu in The Bear, which earned her a Critics Choice Award nomination.
The series follows a young chef (played by Shameless US star Jeremy Allen White) from the world of fine dining as he returns home to Chicago to run his family's sandwich shop following the death of his older brother.
Edebiri also voices Missy on Netflix's animated comedy Big Mouth, and wrote an episode for the most recent season of vampire mockumentary series What We Do in the Shadows.

Meanwhile, Louis-Dreyfus recently gave fans an exciting Thunderbolts update and revealed that it will go into production this June.
She also shared that she's ready to get stuck in with some stunt work, adding: "I actually pitched it. I told them I really, really want to fight. We'll see if that happens. I haven't seen the script yet."
Speaking of the famed secrecy that surrounds the MCU, the actress continued: "There's so much secrecy around it. When I first started shooting it I had to go on set wearing a black cloak with a hood and keep my head down so nobody could see it was me walking onto the sound stage."
Thunderbolts is scheduled for release on July 26, 2024.
