Marvel's Jeremy Renner sends "love and blessings" to fans in latest update following accident

Marvel star Jeremy Renner has sent a message of "love and blessings" to fans in the latest update following his accident.

Renner, who was involved in a serious snow plough accident on New Year's Day, took to Instagram to send fans a message thanking them for all of their support.

Posting a picture of his recovery process, Renner said in a caption that his New Year's resolutions look slightly different this year.

"Morning workouts, resolutions all changed this particular new years …. Spawned from tragedy for my entire family, and quickly focused into uniting actionable love."

In the picture it appears that Renner has a medical style bed set up in his house following his release from the hospital, and he is receiving some form of physical therapy.

Taking time to directly address his fans, Renner captioned the photo: "I want to thank EVERYONE for their messages and thoughtfulness for my family and I …. Much love and appreciation to you all."

Ending the post with a positive message about healing, Renner said that the 30 bones he broke in the accident will heal in time.

Renner was airlifted to the hospital following the accident, suffering major blood loss and trauma after he was run over by a snow plough when he was clearing the roads near his home.

The Marvel star, who is best known for playing Clint Barton aka Hawkeye across the MCU, recently updated fans saying he had been released from the hospital and was able to watch the premiere of season 2 of his TV series Mayor of Kingstown.
