Former Neighbours star Madeleine West has shared her dramatic hair transformation – going from a brunette to a blonde.
Taking to Instagram to show off her new blonde tresses, West posted a selfie which she captioned: "Slowly stepping out of the darkness, into the light. Literally…"
West, who is best known for her role as Dee Bliss on the soap, famously sported blonde hair when playing the character, which has led some fans to speculate that she may return for its revival.

Fans used West's post to air their theories, with one fan commenting: "Gorgeous as always! But is that blonde on the way back to Dee blonde?"
Dee was initially killed off in the soap in 2003 following a car crash with her husband Toadie after their wedding, but no body was found, paving the way for Dee to return as both herself and her evil lookalike Andrea Somers 13 years later.
Neighbours was cancelled last year after 37 years on air, only to be saved by Amazon Freevee a few months later.
At the time of its cancellation, West opened up about her role as Dee and Andrea, saying: "What an honour it was and has been to work on a show like Neighbours, and how heartbreaking it is that it is finishing.

"It was initially just a two-week role, which became 11 weeks, which then became 6 months and here we are some twenty-something years later and it has become such a pivotal part of my life," West added.
"It was my absolute training ground. It's where I learnt my craft and more importantly my passion for storytelling, so I can't thank Neighbours enough for that opportunity."
Neighbours is set to return in the second half of 2023 with stars Ryan Moloney (Toadie Rebecchi)Stefan Dennis (Paul Robinson), Jackie Woodburne (Susan Kennedy), and Alan Fletcher (Karl Kennedy) all confirmed.
Neighbours returns in the second half of 2023 with new episodes streaming free on Amazon Freevee in the UK and US. Network 10 will retain first-run rights in Australia for the new series.
