Pamela Anderson is enjoying a bit of a renaissance in the public eye as of late, thanks to her Netflix documentary Pamela: A Love Story.
The resurgence of Pamela has led to some fans wanting to see the former Baywatch star acting again and one Twitter user has found the perfect role.
Earlier this month, they tweeted: "The only thing that will heal our broken culture is if Pamela Anderson is cast in the next season of The White Lotus as Jennifer Coolidge’s grieving sister."
Now, speaking on The Drew Barrymore Show, Pamela has addressed the possibility of joining the HBO hit.
"I heard about it," Pamela said, when asked about the viral tweet. "I can't get it in Canada because my HBO app doesn't work because my Apple ID is American, so I can't get it there so I tried to watch it. I want to watch it but I heard everyone loves it and it’s crazy. I'm up for anything."
Drew then went on to explain a bit of the show's plot to Pamela and how she could fit into the series.
"Each season is different than the other," Drew explained. "There's a through line with Jennifer Coolidge, that's who they're saying you need to be a relative of hers. She was the string from one to two. That's not a spoiler. It is a masterpiece and now I want to vote for that too."
Pamela responded that she believes "something great is just around the corner", adding that she "would love to do something".
The pair then discussed the possibility of being in White Lotus together as sisters, an idea which Drew loved.
Drew then added: "I'm telling you, I have to say also why this woman's tweet has gone viral and why everybody's jumped on the bandwagon. It's because I think that show is becoming a franchise that might be one of the most respected in this industry. And that's where people see you."
"Wow, who would have thought?" Pamela responded, to which Drew answered: "I would. We all would."
The White Lotus airs on HBO Max in the US, and on Sky Atlantic, Sky Go and NOW in the UK.
